Meet Cassie Hanson, one of the friendly voices you hear on the other end of the phone when you call our office. As our second set of documents specialist, Cassie is responsible for setting up files for new clients, gathering documents, following up with adjusters, and making sure our clients feel welcome and taken care of.
Despite not knowing much about the trucking industry before joining our team, Cassie quickly became knowledgeable and loves helping “the little guy” in their fight against big insurance companies. She studied English in college, which helps her communicate with and relate to our clients.
In her free time, Cassie is an aspiring writer and was recently selected as one of the top stories in the Vocal+ Fiction Awards. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé Ashley and their furry family members (one dog and two cats). Cassie is an avid jokester who keeps the office smiling. She often says laughing is her favorite form of exercise. While Cassie has only been in Florida for three years, she spent most of her life in Wisconsin.
