Meet Cassie Hanson, one of the friendly voices you hear on the other end of the phone when you call our office. As Client Onboarding Team Lead, Cassie will be the point of contact for all potential and new clients. Her job is to listen to your concerns, let you know how our team can help, and get your downtime file started as a new client.
Despite not knowing much about the trucking industry before joining our team, Cassie quickly became knowledgeable and loves helping “the little guy” in their fight against big insurance companies. She studied English in college and became a certified All Lines Adjuster in 2024.
A Wisconsin native, Cassie uses her “Midwest hospitality” and punny sense of humor to keep the morale high in the office. In her free time, Cassie is an aspiring writer and avid gamer. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé Ashley and their furry family members.
