Case Development Team Lead

Fallon Baker is a dedicated researcher and problem-solver with a passion for helping clients. Her work as the Case Development Team Lead involves researching incident and mitigation facts, building accurate calculations, and compiling documents to create compelling demand packages. Fallon works closely with clients and our Case Management Team to help ensure that claims are resolved fairly, accurately, and efficiently.

She holds Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources, along with certificates in Accounting Technology, Business Management, Business Specialist, and Business Operations. In 2024, Fallon earned her Florida All-Lines Adjuster License, and in 2026, she became IRMI Certified.

Fallon’s connection to the trucking industry runs deep. Her aunt and uncle were team drivers, and she grew up around the construction and trucking industries, where she and her mother worked in dirt construction. Her mother also spent more than 10 years operating off-road dump trucks.

With more than 22 years of customer service experience, Fallon has developed a strong ability to listen, identify key details, and gather the information necessary to effectively resolve complex issues and advocate for clients.

Her experience has taught her how to relate to clients and their experiences, ensuring that everyone understands the problem and the potential solutions. Fallon is passionate about helping others, and she finds immense fulfillment in assisting clients in the trucking industry.

Fallon’s talent for problem-solving and her passion for helping others make her an essential member of the team. She takes pride in her work and strives to make a positive impact on clients’ lives.
