Brenda Vasquez

Administrative & Marketing Manager

Brenda Vasquez manages the Marketing and Administration departments within Eckert & Associates, PA. She has worked in almost every position in the firm, aside from attorney and office manager.

Raised primarily in the small town of Starke, Florida, Brenda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from nearby University of North Florida in Jacksonville. During this time, she obtained the rank of Yeoman 2nd Class in the US Navy Reserves. She also pursued post-graduate education through the same university. Brenda is a licensed All Lines Insurance Adjuster. She earned a digital marketing certificate from the University of Vermont in September 2020 and the prestigious Society of Human Resources Certified Professional designation (SHRM-CP) in July 2024. Brenda loves learning and consistently seeks professional advancement through education.

Brenda began her professional career in the field of education. She served as a middle and high school English and Social Studies teacher within Duval and Bradford counties.

In 2016, Brenda joined our law firm. She quickly took to transportation law and enjoys assisting clients with their insurance claims. Managing the marketing and client relations department is also a large part of each day. Brenda enjoys utilizing her writing skills to both promote the firm and convince adverse adjusters to accept our position through her effective negotiation techniques.

Outside of the office, Brenda loves spending time with her family, friends and dog. She can often be found snuggled up with her little dog, Tank, and a novel.
